RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love allyour jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your piece or within 30 days for store credit
INSTRUCTIONS
You are welcome to come into the store to return your item(s) and avoid the cost and hassle of shipping. If you are returning your purchase in-store, simply bring your item with receipt and speak to a member of our sales staff who will assist you.
If youneed to ship your piece(s) back to us, please email info@RomanJewelers.com with the following information to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code and full instructions:
- Full Name the order was placed under
- Address
- Brief Description of the item you are requesting to return
- Reason for return
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pieces must be in original, unworn condition.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on returns. Shipping charges and additional services and fees incurred will not be refunded.
Roman Jewelers is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Return policy does not apply to Swiss watches, special orders, custom work or "final sale" items.
We process refunds in a timely manner. The time it takes for a refund to be reflected can vary depending on the credit card company or bank. Most refunds take 48 to 72 business hours to show up on your account. However, some banks take 1 to 2 billing cycles to reflect the refund. Please check with your credit card company to be sure they have received the refund.
