RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love all your jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your piece or within 30 days for store credit.
INSTRUCTIONS
You are welcome to come into the store to return your item(s) and avoid the cost and hassle of shipping. If you are returning your purchase in-store, simply bring your item with receipt and speak to a member of our sales staff who will assist you. If you need to ship your piece(s) back to us, please email info@RomanJewelers.com with the following information to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code and full instructions:
- Full Name the order was placed under
- Address
- Brief Description of the item you are requesting to return
- Reason for return
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on returns. Shipping charges and additional services and fees incurred will not be refunded.
Roman Jewelers is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Return policy does not apply to Swiss watches, special orders, custom work or “final sale” items.
